Cancellation, Partial Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Regulation of Trains on Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line for Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling
In a major development aimed at improving railway infrastructure, the Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling section’s doubling on the Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line is set to cause temporary disruptions in train services again. The engineering works necessary for the commissioning of the new section will lead to the cancellation, partial cancellation, rescheduling, and regulation of several train services from the 4th of June to the 11th of June, 2023.

Cancellation of Trains due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling:
Train No. 17332 UBL – Miraj Daily Express will be canceled from May 28, 2023, to June 6, 2023. Train No. 17331 Miraj – UBL Daily Express will be canceled from June 5, 2023, to June 11, 2023.
Castle Rock – Miraj Daily Express (Train No. 17334) will be canceled from June 4, 2023, to June 10, 2023.
Partial cancellation of Trains due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling:
Train No. 17415 Tirupati – Shri Chhatrapati Sahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Tirupati from June 4th, 2023, to June 8th, 2023, will be partially canceled between Belagavi – Kolhapur and will be short terminated at Belagavi.
Train No. 17416 Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) – Tirupati Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Kolhapur from June 5th, 2023, to June 9th, 2023, will be partially canceled between Kolhapur – Belagavi and will originate from Belagavi instead of Kolhapur.
Regulation/Rescheduling of Trains:
Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj on June 5, 6 & 9, 2023 will be rescheduled by 120 minutes.
Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj on June 4, 7, & 8th, 2023 will be rescheduled by 30 minutes.
Train Number 11098 Ernakulam – Pune Express, commencing journey from Ernakulam on June 5, 2023, will be regulated for 40 minutes at Miraj.
Pandharpur – Yesvantpur Express (Train Number 16542) commencing journey from Pandharpur on June 9th, 2023, will be rescheduled by 60 minutes.
Special Bus Service for Haripriya Express passengers due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling
In a bid to ease the inconvenience caused by the short termination of the Tirupati to Kolhapur Haripriya Express at Belagavi due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling, the Managing Director of NWKRTC, Bharath Selvan, has assured passengers and devotees of a convenient solution. The NWKRTC will be providing direct bus services from Belagavi Railway Station to Kolhapur Central Bus Station, allowing passengers to continue their journey seamlessly. However, it is important to note that these special bus services will not be complimentary, and passengers will be required to pay the fare from Belagavi Railway Station to Kolhapur CBS.
Recognizing the challenges faced by passengers and devotees due to the short termination of the Haripriya Express, NWKRTC’s initiative aims to bridge the gap and provide a hassle-free travel experience.
