
MMEC Belagavi gets Hybrid Learning Studios, Two New Auditoriums and Digital Classrooms.
MMEC Belagavi: Maratha Mandal Engineering College Belagavi’s Hybrid Learning Studio and Sir. M. Visvesvaraya Auditorium was officially opened by Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan, Minister of Higher Education. The “Smart Transformation” program at this college has resulted in the installation of wifi-enabled digital boards in every classroom.
Each student and staff member has access to the most recent laptops connected via the Lycee Connected Learning platform and the Microsoft platform, and the Digital Studio enables teachers to communicate with students in distant locations.

The students have access to Microsoft’s credential programs and can also use the resources on their laptops for additional research. The Hybrid Learning Model was initially implemented at Maratha Mandal Engineering College MMEC Belagavi in collaboration with Microsoft and Tech Avant-Garde. Through the Hybrid Learning System, professors from different universities in India and abroad nations can impart their knowledge.
Maratha Mandal and MMEC Belagavi received accolades from Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan for promoting the education that the sector needs. He underlined the value of connectivity, collaboration, and digital change in the modern world. He commended Maratha Mandal’s management for implementing the method.

Vice Chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technological University Dr. S. Vidyashankar noted that VTU is encouraging multidisciplinary courses as well and that the Hybrid Learning System will aid in enhancing learning and NEP-2020 implementation. He added that the VTU syllabus has been modified to allow students to select their own courses.
The Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Auditorium, which will be used for student workshops and 3D screenings, was opened by Shri. Nagraju Yadav, MLC, Bengaluru. In the Maratha Mandal Engineering College’s (MMEC Belagavi) journey toward digital transformation, this occasion served as a turning point.
Dr. Rajshree Nagraju made the organization’s commitment to embracing changes in all of its schools and institutions known in her presidential address. In order to make studying enjoyable and engaging, she emphasized the value of providing students with cutting-edge technology and teaching tools like 3D, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality. Dr. Nagraju also made the announcement that every lecture will be recorded and quickly published for students to review at any time, ensuring that they can concentrate on their academics. Students will also get access to tests, instructional videos, and information created by Microsoft and TAG.
The Principal, Dr. D.G. Kulkarni, welcomed the dignitaries and Mr. Ali Sait of TAG was present to show off the Hybrid system. Ms. Swati Patil, Prof. Chetna Bhagoji, Prof. Shubha, Prof. Pooja, and Prof. Anuj Deshpande of MMEC Belagavi all served as the program coordinators.
