CRS Inspection successfully completed between Gunji and Khanapur
CRS Statutory Inspection Completed:
On 30th November, Agrahayana Shukla Saptami, Vikram samvat 2079, Saka samvat 1944 The newly completed 15 kilometers long Khanapur Gunji Section was thrown open for traffic after South Western Railway in the presence of
Commissioner of Railway Safety Shri AK Rai Southern Circle Bengaluru SBC, who conducted a statutory inspection of the Newly doubled section.
This section is part of the Londa – Belagavi – Miraj Doubling project.
40544 WDP-4D “#OnlyOneEarth” Hubli Diesel Loco Shed did the honor of hauling the CRS Special today. It was speculated and rumors were spread stating the CRS Inspection Special is canceled as the Special train didn’t run as per its scheduled time. Though our team member waited patiently in the dense forest with no network coverage to capture the CRS Speed Run.
The CRS Special Clocked 92.7KMPH on the Trial.
Many Trains were regulated up at Londa Junction for the Shunting of CRS Special from New Belagavi (BGM). Belagavi Superfast Express, Rani Chennamma Express etc.
We had accurately predicted the CRS Statutory Inspection of the Gunji Khanapur sub-section after the CRS Inspection between Desur and Khanapur was completed on 28th September.
