SWR Completes CRS Inspection of Desur Khanapur Section.
SWR- South Western Railways:
On 28th September, the Auspicious 3rd Day of Navratri The newly completed 15 kilometers long Khanapur Desur Section was thrown open for traffic after South Western Railway in the presence of
Commissioner of Railway Safety Abhay Kumar Rai conducts a statutory inspection of the Newly doubled section.
This section is part of Londa – Belagavi – Miraj Doubling project.
Now, after the CRS is completed the entire stretch from Suldhal to Khanapur is now doubled.
We speculate Khanapur to Gunji will be the next section to be completed.
After the Inspection, Hubli Dadar and Kolhapur Tirupati Haripriya Express passed on through the new line.
