Belagavi Bypass: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction of a 4-6 Lane Bypass for the City of Belagavi from Km 11.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.480 km) in the State of Karnataka on Hybrid Annuity Mode 1A package.
The development, upkeep, and management of National Highway No. NH-48 and (former NH-4A), including the portion from Km 11.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side), has been given to the Authority by the Government of India (approx. 34.480 km).

The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 11.00 (Goa side)) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.480 km) on the Belagavi Bypass city section of National Highway No. NH-48 and (old NH-4A) (hereinafter called the “NH-48 and (old NH-4A) 4/6 Lane bypass for Belagavi city”)

The National Highway No. NH-48 and (old NH-4A) 4/6 Lane Bypass for Belagavi City” Project) on design, build, operate, and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis in the State of Karnataka. The existing road from Km 11.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.480 km) would The following are the project’s brief details:

Tender/Bid Submission Site:
Bids must be submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.in during the period of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by the National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in on or before 21.02.2023. The complete BID document can be viewed/downloaded from the e-procurement portal of NHAI at http://etenders.gov.in from 02.01.2023 to (upto 1100 hours IST). On February 22, 2023, technical submissions for the online-submitted bids will be made available (at 1130 hours IST).
Note: Any other method of submitting a bid will not be accepted. However, before the Authority issues the Letter of Award (LOA), the Lowest Bidder must physically submit the original copies of all the documents required by clause 2.11.2 of the RFP, including the Bid Security, Power of Attorney for signing the Bid, Power of Attorney for the lead member of the Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostille at the foreign origin if any.
