A 10-day winter session of the State legislature could be held in Belagavi, according to Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri.
He claimed that the Belagavi session’s date was the subject of discussion when speaking to the media in Dharwad. In the cabinet, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will make and announce the dates. The possibility of holding the meeting for ten days was addressed.
He stated, “I would share this recommendation with the Government that the journalists have requested for a longer session in Belagavi.” In response to the suggestion from reporters that only ten days of session is not enough time for discussion of all matters. We will ultimately follow whatever the cabinet-level administration chooses. Let’s make this session successful, he remarked.
