Cancellation, Partial Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Regulation of Trains on Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line for Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling
In a major development aimed at improving railway infrastructure, the Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling section’s doubling on the Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line is set to cause temporary disruptions in train services. The engineering works necessary for the commissioning of the new section will lead to the cancellation, partial cancellation, rescheduling, and regulation of several train services.

Cancellation of Trains due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling:
Train No. 17332 UBL – Miraj Daily Express will be canceled from May 28, 2023, to June 6, 2023. Train No. 17331 Miraj – UBL Daily Express will be canceled from May 30, 2023, to June 7, 2023.
Train No. 07351 Miraj – Londa Daily Express Special will be canceled oÂn May 28, 2023. Train No. 17333 Miraj – Castle Rock Daily Express will be canceled from May 29, 2023, to June 6, 2023.
Castle Rock – Miraj Daily Express (Train No. 17334) will be canceled from May 29, 2023, to June 6, 2023.
Partial cancellation of Trains due to Ugar Khurd Vijayanagar Doubling:
Train No. 17415 Tirupati – Shri Chhatrapati Sahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Tirupati from May 28, 2023, to June 5, 2023, will be partially canceled between Belagavi – Kolhapur and will be short terminated at Belagavi.
Train No. 17416 Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) – Tirupati Haripriya Express, commencing journey from Kolhapur from May 29, 2023, to June 6, 2023, will be partially canceled between Kolhapur – Belagavi and will originate from Belagavi instead of Kolhapur.

Regulation/Rescheduling of Trains:
Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj oÂn May 29, June 2, 3 & 6, 2023 will be rescheduled by 120 minutes.
Train No. 16590 Miraj – KSR Bengaluru Rani Chennamma Express, commencing journey from Miraj oÂn May 30 & 31, June 1, 4 & 5, 2023 will be rescheduled by 30 minutes.
Hazrat Nizamuddin – Yesvantpur Express (Train No. 12630) commencing journey from Hazrat Nizamuddin oÂn June 2, 2023, will be regulated for 60 minutes at Miraj.
Train Number 11098 Ernakulam – Pune Express, commencing journey from Ernakulam oÂn June 5, 2023, will be regulated for 40 minutes at Miraj.
Pandharpur – Yesvantpur Express (Train Number 16542) commencing journey from Pandharpur oÂn June 2, 2023, will be rescheduled by 60 minutes.
Passengers traveling on the Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line should be prepared for the inconvenience as a number of trains will be affected by the ongoing engineering works. As part of the project, the Ugar Khurd – Vijayanagar section is being doubled to enhance capacity and facilitate smoother train operations. However, during this phase, a significant number of trains will be canceled or partially canceled, while others will be rescheduled or regulated to accommodate the construction activities. These measures are crucial to ensure the safety and efficiency of the engineering works and to minimize any potential disruptions to the overall railway network.
Passengers planning to travel on the Londa-Belagavi-Miraj Railway Line are advised to stay updated with the latest information from the railway authorities regarding the status of their train services.
