Belagavi-Mysuru Overnight Express’ Timetable Changes: Faster Commute Times for Passengers
In a significant development for railway commuters, the Indian Railways has unveiled a revised timetable that will come into effect on October 1, 2023. Among the changes, the Belagavi-Mysuru Overnight Express (Train Number 17301/02) will see adjustments in its schedule, promising quicker travel times for passengers.
Belagavi to Mysuru: Departure at 18.00 Hours, Arrival at 05.55 Hours
One of the key alterations in the new timetable involves Train Number 17302, the Belagavi-Mysuru Express, which will now depart from Belagavi at 18.00 hours instead of the previous 20.00 hours. Passengers on this route will be delighted to hear that the train is also expected to reach Mysuru Junction at 05.55 hours, a significant improvement from the previous arrival time of 07.10 hours. These changes are expected to make the journey more convenient for those traveling from Belagavi to Mysuru.
Mysuru to Belagavi: Departure at 20.45 Hours, Arrival at 08.45 Hours
Similarly, for travelers heading from Mysuru to Belagavi on Train Number 17301, the departure time has been adjusted. The train will now leave Mysuru Junction at 20.45 hours, which is notably earlier than the previous 22.30 hours departure time. Furthermore, passengers can expect to arrive in Belagavi at 08.45 hours, significantly reducing the travel duration compared to the previous arrival time of 10.45 hours.
KSR Bengaluru-Belagavi Superfast Express: Minor Timing Update
While the Belagavi-Mysuru Overnight Express has seen significant timetable changes, the KSR Bengaluru-Belagavi Superfast Express (Train Number 20653) has also undergone a minor schedule change. This superfast express train, which previously arrived at Belagavi at 07:20 a.m., will now reach its destination at 07:35 am. Importantly, there are no timing changes between KSR Bengaluru and SSS Hubli Station, ensuring a seamless journey for passengers along that route.
These timetable changes, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and convenience of train travel, are set to come into effect from the 1st of October, 2023. Passengers planning journeys on these routes are advised to check the updated schedule and make necessary adjustments to their travel plans.
