3 Years of 20653/64 Belagavi Superfast Express.
The Belagavi Superfast Express completes a successful 3-year run.
To commemorate the event Team Belagavi News, Members of Belagavi Core Development Group (Founding Member) with Railfans of Belagavi organized a small yet amazing event.
The Lead locomotive of Belagavi Superfast Express bound to KSR Bengaluru was aesthetically decorated with Sugarcane, Marigold Garland, Balloons, and a Banner.
The crew of the Train along with RPF were felicitated and a small cake was cut after performing the spiritual pooja.
Surprisingly MP(Chikodi) Annasaheb Jolle was present at the event.
At the correct departure time, the Members bid farewell to the Train, marking the completion of the event and the Train’s 3-year run.
About Belagavi Superfast Express:
This train was Introduced by Ex-MP Late Shree Suresh Angadi to cater to the demand of Citizens of the City and to ease congestion on Over Saturated Rani Chennamma Express, whose tickets were unavailable to commuters at maximum times.
The Belagavi SF Express also holds the record for getting state-of-the-art LHB Coaches in the entire Indian Railways Network.
Belagavi SF Express saw two changes in its 3 years of the run, One being converted as Inter City Express during Covid Other being Rake Shared with Rani Chennama & Shedbal Passenger.
Notably, This train is the fastest train between the Two State Capitals.
This train has a bright future ahead, it’ll continue to serve its passengers, and her City and will lead to becoming the Leader of the future Trains bound to be originated from Belagavi.
