NWR Summer Special Trains to connect Rajasthan to Bengaluru and Mysuru via Belagavi
NWR Summer Special Trains in May: In a bid to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Summer Season 2023, the North Western Railways has decided to run Summer Special Trains from Rajasthan to Bengaluru and Mysuru. These trains will operate under the Train on Demand (TOD) system, which means that they will run on sufficient demand.

The first train, T. No. 04805 JU-SBC Summer Special Train (TOD), will depart from Jodhpur on 5th May 2023 at 10 pm and reach KSR Bengaluru Station on 7th May. The second train, T. No. 04807 Jodhpur – SMVT Bengaluru one-way summer special, will run on 6th May 2023 from Jodhpur and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 2.00 pm on 8th May 2023.
The third train, T. No. 04717 Bikaner – SMVT Bengaluru one-way summer special, will run on 6th May 2023 from Bikaner at 11.25 pm and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 4 am on 9th May 2023. Lastly, T. No. 04715 Bikaner to Mysuru will leave Bikaner at 8.15 am on 6th May 2023 and reach Mysuru at 2:30 pm on 8th May 2023.

All North Western Railways Summer Special Trains will make stops at Ahmedabad Junction, Vadodara Junction, Kalyan Junction, Pune Junction, and Belagavi, and thereafter, reach their respective destinations.
The coach composition for Train Nos 04805 and 04715 will be ICF (Conventional Coaches) of 04 Sleepers, 09 General Second Class, and 02 SLRD, totaling 15 ICF Coaches. The rake will be of North Western Railways.
On the other hand, the coach composition of Train No 04807 and Train No 04717 will be ICF (Conventional Coaches) of 18 Sleepers, 1 AC 3 Tier Sleeper, and 2 SLRD, totaling 21 ICF Coaches. It is important to note that no linen will be provided in the AC 3-tier coach.
These North Western Railways Summer Special Trains are expected to provide a much-needed respite to the passengers traveling during the summer season. Moreover, people opting to travel from Pune to Belagavi, and Belagavi to Bengaluru on weekends can also opt for these trains. The decision to run these trains is a part of the Indian Railways’ ongoing efforts to provide safe, comfortable, and efficient travel options to its passengers.
Passengers are advised to check the availability of these special trains and book their tickets in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The Indian Railways has also urged all passengers to strictly follow the COVID-19 protocols and guidelines during their journey to ensure their safety and well-being.
