Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023: Various religious programs will be held in the presence of Jagadguru Pancha Shivalingeshwar Mahaswami from February 7th to February 19th at Jagadguru Duradundeeshwara Siddha Sansthan Math in Nidasosi, which is known as the Shaktipeeth of the border district, from February 7 to February 19.

Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023 (14th-19th Feb Details)
On the 15th, the commemoration of Chaturtha Nijalingeshwar Swami of Nerali, the 7th preceptor of Sri Math, and the Jatramahotsava of Bilvavan will be attended by Shivananda Swamiji of Handigunda, Brahmananda Ajjana of Yaranala Kalika Math, and the chief guests will be the district caretaker minister Govinda Karajola, and the former Vipa veteran Mahantesh Kavatagi Math.
Shiv Basava Swamiji of Hukkeri Viraktamath will preside at 7:00 p.m. on December 16. Former Minister AB Patil, MLAs Lakshmi Hebbalakaran, Ganesh Hukkeri, Vinaya Patil, Rahula Jarakiholi, Vrishabha Patil, and Mrinala Hebbalaka will be present as chief guests.
On the 17th at 9 am, Chandani Puja will be performed by Vijayasimha Nimbalakar Saradesai of Nanadi. Pravachana Mahamangalotsava program will be held at 7:00 pm, Dr. Shivananda Shivayogi Rajendra Mahaswamiji of Haranahalli Kodi Math will be present, MP Annasaheb Jolle, Minister Sasikala Jolle, Belagavi DCC Bank President Ramesh Katti, Hirashugar Chearaman Nikhil Katti, BJP Chikkodi District President Rajendra Nerli will be present as chief guests.
On the 18th at 7:00 PM Silver Charotsava, Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023 Shivayoga, on the 19th at 12:00 PM Mahaprasada Mahotsava, at 10:00 PM Raita Kotta Vachana Drama performed by Panchama Shivlingeshwar Ranga Kala Paterena Sangh will be held. Jangi Kusti Night will be held on the 20th at 4 PM at the Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023.
As per last year’s custom, this year too, with the aim of facilitating the devotees around, a mass guggulotsav was organized on the 12th at 8.30 a.m. under the guidance of Jagadgaru Panchama Shivlingeshwar Swamiji.
Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023 (07th-14th Feb Details)
On the 7th, at 7:00 pm, our history, our pride, and discourse initiation program will be held, and Sanidhya teacher Viresha Sharan will preach for 11 days. Musician Suresh Chandragi of Sankeshwara and Tabla master Hebbal Bharat Vitekar will be present.
Mallaiah Swamiji of Ghodageri Shivananda Math, Basavaprabhu Maharaja of Majalatti on the 8th at 7:00 p.m., Chandrasekhara Shivacharya Swamiji of Hukkeri Hiremath at 7:00 p.m. on 9th.
Chidhanananda Swamiji of Jodakurali Siddharudh Math will preside, Chikkodi sub-divisional officer Madhav Gitte will arrive as a guest, Rajeshwari Gurava Vachana devotional program of Belagavi will be performed.
Dr. Mallikarjuna Swamiji of Ghataprabha Gubbalagudda Kempayaswamy Mutt, Lord Gurudeva of Kamatenatti Prabhulingeswara Mutt will be present on the 10th at 7:00 PM. Mallikarjuna, a businessman from Vijayapura will be the guest along with Dr. J. N. Ramakrishna Gowda, Administrator of Kadapatti, Adichunchanagirimatha Will arrive at the Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023.
On the 11th at 7:00 PM, Advisiddheshwar Swamiji of Kundargi Advisiddheshwar Math, Belagavi Animal Husbandry Deputy Director Rajendra Kulera will arrive as guests and the Sanihalli group will perform music. A cultural program will also be organized by SJPN CBSC students.
On the 12th at 7:00 PM, Vinaya Guruji of Gaurigadde will be present, while businessman Parvatmalappa V.C. of Shimoga will be present. On the 13th at 7:00 PM, Dr. Sivananda Bharati Swamiji of Inchal will preside, Dr. Gurupada Mariguddi and Vijayakumar Katagihallimath will present Nirupadheesh Zone Uktisampada Granth, Mallikarjuna Talvara and Sankara Dabari Virachita Bhavdangana Gandha, Nirupadeesh Mareguddi Virachita Mangalarati Mandal and Siddharama’s Granths Charitrikata 4 Lokarpana will be held.
Satchidananda Abhinava Vidyanarasimha Bharati Swamiji of Sankeswara Shankaracharya Sansthan Math will preside at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th, Chikkodi doctor Dr. Marulashankar Devya will offer the Granth Lokarpana, and literary Dr. Subrava Entettina will give a lecture. A short film based on Srimath’s Bilvashrama called Gurupadappa Tubachi’s biography will be released on the Mahashivratri Nidasosi 2023.
