Indian Airforce officers visited the Digital Library in Belagavi Smart City, to learn about the advanced technologies that have impacted libraries. The officers were amazed by the new technology being used at Digital Library.

 They especially appreciated the use of RFID tags to track books and the use of iPads for cataloging purposes. They were also interested in the way that the library was using social media to engage with its users.
