The AAI has granted administrative approval for the expansion of Belagavi Airport and has taken the initiative to invite Architectural Consultancy Services for the construction of new terminal buildings and various other works at both Hubli and Belagavi Airports. The estimated cost of this project, excluding GST, is Rs. 457.72 Crores. With an earnest money deposit of Rs. 3.98 Lacs, the project is expected to be completed within a timeframe of 36 months.

The copy can be obtained by interested parties upon payment of Rs. 1180/-. The clarification period for any queries related to the tender started on 29th June 2023 and ended on 3rd July 2023 at 06:00 PM.
Prospective bidders were given the opportunity to submit their bids starting from 4th July 2023 at 09:30 AM, and the bid submission period will conclude on 14th July 2023 at 06:00 PM. The envelope containing technical bids will be opened on 17th July 2023 at 11:00 AM, while the financial bids will be opened on 31st July 2023 at 11:00 AM.
Following the completion of the drawings and structural specifications, the Belagavi Airport Expansion project is expected to commence as early as January 2024 and be finalized within a timeframe of 24-36 months.
